The Multifamily Property Tax Exemption (MFTE) Program provides a tax exemption on eligible multifamily housing in exchange for income- and rent-restricted homes. By supporting mixed-income residential development in the urban centers, the MFTE program ensures affordability as the community grows.
To qualify for an MFTE rental at Parla, household income must be below 65% of the area median income for Studios, 75% of the area median income for One-Bedrooms, and 85% of the area median income for Two-Bedrooms.
